Order Confirmation

For order confirmation, please share your complete details (full name, complete address, phone number and additional phone number) and an advance non-refundable payment (Rs.265 Shipping Charges). 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities/remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order directly through the courier's website.

 

Shipping Charges

• Flat-rate shipping fee: Rs. 265 per order
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000 (if applicable)
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) as well as other cities served by our courier partners

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned, and you may be contacted to reschedule or the order may be cancelled/refunded as per our return policy.
